In addition to clinical work, Dr. Aucoin is a Research Fellow working on increasing our understanding of how the foods we eat affect our mental health, a field called Nutritional Psychiatry. She has published numerous peer-reviewed research papers and lectured internationally to a range of audiences on the role of nutrition in the treatment and prevention of mental illness.
